I’ve been craving this every day this week! It was so yummy and so easy!
5 large potatoes, diced and peeled
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
2 broccoli crowns, chopped up very finely, so that a picky eater won’t even pay attention to it
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 T. butter
1 can chicken broth + 1 can water
salt and pepper
4 T. Hidden Valley Ranch powder
8 oz. Velveeta
Turn crock pot on high. Melt butter in bottom, and add all veggies except potatoes. Let them soften and cook as you dice the potatoes. Add potatoes. Mix in broth and water and salt and pepper. Let cook on high for 4 hours or low 8 hours, or until potatoes are nice and soft. Add Ranch powder and Velveeta. Stir until melted. Serve with garlic bread.
